The first ‘m with the one in the kitchen as an AM / FM radio, as music player plus one / charger for the iPhone (which I can speak ‘ t its value as an alarm clock) and I ‘ve had about a month, even though every day. Replaced a large radio quality with the added value of being an accessory to the phone.

I think it’s almost perfect. Important for me is to ensure the quality and radio reception and Sony AM & FM antenna is large (see my other reviews, you ‘re mostly) for the radio. Feela mix of NPR (the radio, but also streaming and podcasts from your iPhone) and the music and the sound is pretty good / loud enough for the kitchen and dining room adjacent. Love, like the remote control integrated with the iPhone. Tiny footprint takes up little space on the counter. Large display of time with the options of scrambling to make it visible from afar and can serve as a light night, if you like it ‘d.

Cons: echo others, the slide-out charger is nice, but seems a bit ‘weak. The remote isn ‘t fully functional, unlessiphone is in ipod mode (unless I’m missing something). A few of the controls (like presets) are on the back, out of site. This probably works well for bedside alarm clock but not for kitchen counter. It is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. The external AM & FM antenna are great but make for a cord mess.

This is by far the best alarm clock I’ve ever had. It’s nice and small as not to waste any more real estate on your night stand than necessary. It has a remote! The remote are really useful for the control of an iPod / volume / radio, etc. Considering that I deliberately make it difficult to achieve the alarm that I ‘don t just keep snooze button. E ‘equipped with an antenna as real as those obtained with stereo systems and such, it takes very good stations. It has a digital tuner, so you can actually see, I guess the station ’s, as opposed to when the line between the station and that. In addition, up to 20 presets, so you can play your favorite –Station and go through it with the remote. Automatically updates the time and when the summer comes into force. Connect the alarm for weekdays only, weekends, or both, so if you only have an alarm for work, then you can pretend to wake MON-FRI Even when you set the alarm for the radio, example, allows you to define which awaken, by default, and to what extent it played a role. Overall a simple alarm clock amazing. My only complaint, which will be of most people, probably notThe problem is that the power cord has a transformer at the end of it, and is not separable from the device, this is a problem if your table has a hole that the cable through the feed one, so it looks nice because the processor is too large to pass through almost all the cable management holes, my night was a barn so I can ‘t Let It depends only on the back, but I do it on all fronts in a loop very inconvenient and messy look for your configuration. With these words I saidstill love, and I ‘m sure that many people don ‘ t there a bedside barn so it probably won ‘t be a problem.

I wanted to add a brief comment on this clock radio, because it is not for most of the other contributions to radio-alarm clock on the problem that the main objectives was to me the power of the antenna.

I was looking for an alarm clock, a better reception in our bedroom when we would present owners.

This watch is able to pick-up stations that are feeling too vague or are not even in our current clock.
I also like that slides the iPod dock, so I’m not a big piece of machinery sitting on my bedside table are!

I am very satisfied satisfied with this clock radio and my husband will be thrilled the day of the Father!

I have long sought a clock radio and docking station combo for my iPhone. While some in the market,

I wanted something that worked as little space as possible on my night stand, has a display with big numbers, so my iPhone, load play music on my iPhone as an alarm instead of the radio and is easy to use.

I found it! ICFC71P

This Sony clock radio is great and has tons of features. I like the large, backlit display different settings, depending on how bright your light at night. Setting the alarm is very simple (you can go back and forth for hours, minutes, without going through the entire clock cycle, like most), and there are two alarms.

You can set an alarm for weekdays for you to go to work, and then a separate notice for the weekend. Pretty cool.

The snooze button is nice and big on the top of the device, and here are the standard 10 minutes repeating, or you can snooze button and extend the time for 60 minutes in increments of 20 minutes. A nice feature.

There is a sleep timer so you can listen to the radio or iPhone / iPod music while you sleep. For the alarm, you can create a buzzing, AM or FM radio or a melody from your iPhone, and it works fine.

Buttons on the front and sides are nice and big, so you do not have to attack the dark, and there are several customizable settings.

The best part is the slide-out hidden docking drawer. Pop it out when your iPhone / iPod to download or listen to music through the speaker of the clock, and to push back when not needed, making the footprint smaller units as possible. It comes with docking tray adapters to fit iPod or iPhone. I use mine without the adapter, or because I am a protective case on my iPhone, but is still good.

In reading my review back, I play an employee of Sony, but I’m not. Not connected with the product, other than I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a docking station / clock radio on their iPhone or iPod. There are also many other features to go here. Have fun discovering all the great things Sony thought of this device.

Thanks for a great drive, Sony!
